Anna Reznikova is an Attorney-at-Law, Co-founder, and Managing Partner at Black Fort. She has over 13 years of legal practice, with more than 8 years dedicated exclusively to criminal justice. She specializes in defending businesses, public officials, supervisory board members, top executives, and beneficial owners in criminal proceedings.

Anna represents Ukrainian and international companies in complex criminal proceedings involving economic, tax, banking, official misconduct, and corruption-related offenses. She handles criminal proceedings involving Joint Investigation Teams and provides legal support in matters of mutual legal assistance and extradition. Furthermore, she advises clients on corporate criminal defense, anti-corruption compliance, and legal risk management.

She has extensive experience defending clients in proceedings handled by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, and the High Anti-Corruption Court.

Her combination of a profound academic background and vast practical experience enables Anna to develop comprehensive defense strategies aimed at minimizing criminal risks, retaining control over the business, and achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Alongside her legal practice, she has been actively involved in academic and teaching activities. Anna is the author of numerous academic and practical publications on criminal law, criminal procedure, and corporate defense.

Anna holds a PhD in Law, specializing in Criminal Procedure, Forensics, Forensic Examination, and Operational Investigative Activities.
