Evgen Diadiuk

Evgen Diadiuk is an Attorney-at-Law, PhD in Law, and Of Counsel at Black Fort. He advises clients on complex dispute resolution, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and business protection.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Evgen supports Ukrainian and international companies in litigation and dispute resolution, corporate conflicts, interactions with government authorities, sanctions compliance, trade investigations, and legal risk management.

Throughout his career, Evgen has held senior positions at leading law firms and major industrial groups. Prior to joining Black Fort, he headed the Litigation and Regulatory Affairs Department of a large holding group, where he led a team of more than 30 lawyers and was responsible for the implementation of strategically significant litigation projects and regulatory initiatives.

Previously, Evgen served as Counsel at an international law firm and held senior legal positions in some of Ukraine’s largest industrial and pharmaceutical companies.

Evgeniy’s practice includes managing large-scale litigation projects, representing businesses in dealings with regulatory and supervisory authorities, protecting companies during inspections and audits, handling trade investigations, and developing comprehensive strategies for managing legal and reputational risks.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the corporate sector and corporate governance bodies, Evgen has a deep understanding of business needs and provides clients with practical, business-oriented solutions focused on achieving strategic objectives.

Evgen holds a PhD in Law, is a recipient of the “Lawyer of the Year” award in the Litigation category, a Certified Corporate Secretary, and the author of professional publications on corporate governance, litigation, and business protection.
